The work we did for the pre-production included the budget sheet, equipment log, equipment release forms, film script, job list, legal and ethical issues, production schedule, prop lists, proposal document, resource sheets and lots more information that we did for that day of filming.

The budget sheet is used to make sure we cover all the legal fees and the other funds that we must have to film. Also, it gives us a sharp vision of which area or areas to cover for filming and which genre to film about. The budget only covers a small fraction of the production that we did.

The equipment log is used to make sure we cover all the equipment used in that area of filming on that day. Also, we must check if the equipment is working properly and not broken because it will be a big issue if the equipment is broken and not fixable to use on the filming day.

The Film script is extremely important because it sets the foundation block of what the production process is going to do and be like, how the actors are going to do and how they will act. The film script will help to analyse the visual elements of the production. This is the ground of the process, so the film script will help to set the boundaries of the production.

The equipment release forms are important because we must use the correct release forms and the proper people must sign the correct documents to do the film together. If we do not do the equipment release form, the film and project will start falling apart and we will not be able to fix it. The equipment release forms are important because they will make the people to think about whether they want the actor's image or their property like their house in the bigger picture of the film using the camera.

The job lists are important because when we take on the correct crew for the film, they must get the proper equipment and titles. Job Lists are especially important because it organises how the work and crew are flowing and following the task they are doing and the instructions that they have been given.

The legal and ethical issues are important because they give us an outline of where the boundaries are. This gives us the importance of getting permission of copyright laws and where to film. This will help get the respect of the actor's rights, then we can avoid harm and violence on set or even in the place of residence. This will help to promote the fairness of the actors throughout the whole production.

The production schedule is especially important because it will help the actors and the rest of the crew to set out tasks for each person to do in the production. This will decide the timeline of the whole project for the crew and the actors to do. This will help the way that the production will go through. This will help the directors/ producers to get the production days, rehearsals dates and even the postproduction work that they must do after production.
